Introduction: People get better much faster with the work I do. I'm direct, yet loving. I don't enable my clients to keep coming to me if they aren't progressing. If you want to move forward in your life, I'm here to help. I've been through most of what my clients have been through, so I truly understand and can be empathetic. I also have many many tools to help people move through the pain and into the joy of living. It's not as hard as you might think! Also, I'm not stiff and tense like many therapists. I've done my work and am comfortable with myself which makes me comfortable with my clients. I'm completely non judgmental so people feel very safe, very quickly to share whatever is on their heart and to cry or get angry if they need to. If you've tried tradition therapy and find it wanting, try me out! You'll be amazed at the difference. I love to work with couple's too! I love watching people get out of the hopelessness and/or sadness and begin to come alive again and ENJOY their lives! It's miraculous watching the change and how fast it can happen with the client is ready and with using the counseling and energy work together...AMAZING transformations.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had a very difficult childhood and needed to do a lot of work on myself before I even thought about helping someone else. After years of "doing the work" myself, people know that I know what they are going through or what they've been through because I've been through most of it myself. There is something about giving back to people who've been where I've been that makes the challenges in my youth worth the heart ache. I love my work!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of my massage clients are looking for stress relief and relaxation. Many come who have had chronic headaches. I've been specially trained for this and with massage and some life style changes their headaches are gone! Most of my counseling clients are either having issues with their relationship with their significant other or having issues with themselves!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be sure when you are looking for a counselor or massage therapist that the person is taking care of themself. They can't help you if they aren't helping themself!
