I hired Alex for my engagement and she was amazing. She was punctual, responsive, and a joy to be around. She slipped in to the area where I was going to propose early so she would be undetected by my now fiancé and got incredible shots of us before the engagement and stuck around after to get more shots of us together. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a variety of pricing options with as much flexibility as possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with my clients includes getting to know each other via zoom or telephone call, discussing creative ideas for each individual project, confirming a date and time, review of a contract, deposit to secure date and time, and periodic check-ins until project is complete. Once the project is complete, the editing process begins and takes anywhere from 2-4 weeks, a shareable online gallery is provided, and additional products discussed are provided. I consider all my clients friends for life so I love to check-in with clients even after the project is complete. So you'll me hearing from me!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken film and digital photography courses throughout the course of my primary education years. I am also self-taught in a lot of areas in photography.
