- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices displayed are "starting at" prices and are subject to change depending upon the size and complexity of the job/item.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with my clients is quick and easy. First, we will set a day and time to come out and perform the task. There are situations were consultation is necessary, in which case, if it can be done over the phone it will be free of charge. In person consultations are $50. Payment is due at the time of service. For larger projects or projects that require materials to be purchased, a deposit will be due the day before the scheduled appointment. Once the job is complete, payment is due. For commercial clients, whose payment come from a department not on site or third party, payment will be due in advance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was in construction for 10 years and spent a lot of time building things from scratch to make work easier. I use that now to focus on the quality of my work and ensure all my clients are happy with the final product.
