Good afternoon, you were rude and abusive. I asked you to choose a different contractor because of your behavior towards me. I encourage anyone that reads this review to ignore it. I never met with this man. His wife was at the home when I did the inspection and she was lovely. He was rude and pushy. I responded quickly each time he reached out to me. He did not like my answer which was that I needed to do more research because he was asking me to pick up where another contractor left off. They measured wrong, poured concrete already for deck stairs, and had to change their design. This was a complicated project and in order to take it on, I needed to do my due diligence as I would for any project. I apologize that this person did not appreciate me trying to make sure I can step in and do the job correctly, unlike his previous contractor. I asked Thumbtack to remove his review since he was not a customer and he was less than truthful in his review. They declined to remove it after several attempts.
