Don't miss a good thing. David and his team are nothing short of a God send miracle. I had a tenant moveout of a rental who trashed the place. Walls were horrible, with holes and bad patching. David's team got this place clean up and in good shape in lightening speed time. AND at the best price beating out all competitors. They really go the extra mile and care about your property. I hadn't been to the property in years. They went in to paint and fix holes and seen that there were other issues. Leaking sink and without hesitation contacted me and shut the water off. Their work ethic and care for this place was unmatched. David thank you all so much for all the work you all completed and going above and beyond in lightening speed. I appreciate this so much. Contractors and Handyman get such a bad reputation all the time. You guys proved that there are still great people in the world. Thanks again so much! I can't WAIT to find something to work with you all again in the future!

I was referred to this company by a colleague in the Real Estate industry. I was beyond impressed with the level of customer service I received. I had been behind schedule with a previous contractor on an investment property and needed the renovations to be completed. Their team was extremely professional, punctual, friendly, and super clean!! They always protected the floors and counters from their tools and supplies. They always wore the appropriate PPE and didn't have too many team members working at one time in a small space! I always felt safe. I was updated often with progress and was given great suggestions that I wasn't presented with before. The company completed my project ahead of schedule and I was very impressed with the final project! I will definitely be using K&B Qualified Services again on my other projects!!
