- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is mostly flat rate and very transparent. We offer a 10% discount to all Military, Law Enforcement and First Responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can typically give quotes for cleaning services as well as some of our simpler handyman services such as TV Mounting, over the phone or via email, same day. Once the scope of work and pricing has been agreed upon, we can typically schedule the work quickly. Other services such as window installation and larger projects may require an on-site consultation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of training, formal and informal, in the exterior cleaning and home improvement trades has shown me what works well and what doesn’t.
