We hired Mr. Edwin and his team to paint our 1200-sq foot condo after one set of tenants moved out and before another tenant moved in. He was very responsive and quickly understood what we needed, and he made the whole process very easy. The work was done very well and very quickly, and at a *very* fair price for labor and materials.

He also helped to patch our hardwood floors, switching out some water-damaged pieces for new pieces.

We had Mr. Edwin take care of some other "handyman" tasks, like replacing batteries in smoke detectors and making sure that some outdoor steps were repaired. He did a great job with all of these issues, big and small -- I would absolutely recommend him!

Had 3 pieces of furniture that had to be moved from my garage into my home for assembly. The most complicated one to assemble was the 160lb electric fireplace wall unit. All of the furniture was placed where I wanted. He cleaned and swept the area where he worked and made sure everything was working on the fireplace. I would definitely use him for future projects

I highly recommend E & E General Contractor. They were incredibly responsive from start to finish, completed high-quality work, and charged a very reasonable price. Communication was excellent throughout the project, and they showed up when they said they would. It’s hard to find a contractor who is reliable, fairly priced, and delivers great results. E & E checked all the boxes. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable contractor.

Took longer than expected to arrive and to complete the job but completed the job and done it great. Does not speak English so communicating was a little difficult but will consider using them again.
