I have been doing this type of work for 30 plus years but have loved it since I was 2 years old and managed to climb a ladder to the roof of the log cabin my father was building. I will do a job as many times as it takes for my customers to be happy and the quality to meet my expectations ( I am my biggest critic). Did not show in the morning at scheduled time. When I contacted him I was informed that the storm the night before caused emergencies. Rescheduled for 3:00. He showed up around 1:30. Said his ladder was too short and he would return. Never heard back from him that day. I contacted him the next morning to see what happened and was informed of the emergency (mother in law fell out of a wheel chair). Contacted to see when and if he would return and there has been no response. My husband had a similar situation with a “contractor” on this app. He too had a mother had to be taken to the emergency excuse for not showing up. We will not be using this app again.
