- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With Christom Cleaning business our customers are always happy because we treat our recurring customers well by offering them discounts and we also offer referral program. All our prices includes taxes!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing is to contact the client to find out what his/her expectation is. On arrival we both go over what changes the customer will like to see while I also suggest what I would like to do, the customer may agree or disagree so i still go by whatever the customer want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Right from when I was little it has always been my passion to make sure my environment is clean. Second to know I derive joy in cleaned environment. Talking about deep cleaning, I believe its not what anybody can do because it entails special skill.
