We felt Jamal was not as experienced as he came off in conversations. He did not seem to know how to make the speciality drinks that he suggested. It took him about 1 hour to set up & the duration of his stay was not clear (we had to figure that out when he arrived). We had a relatively small party of 20 guests so we felt the set up should not have taken that long. It took longer than we thought it should’ve for him to make drinks- guests were getting a little annoyed. He was not very professional but still a nice guy. I felt communication needed to be clearer- between how long he was supposed to be there, making different drinks given we had the ingredients & even communicating with his guests. One of the guests did try to give him pointers on how to make drinks & he seemed receptive.

On the day of the move, the movers arrived promptly and were incredibly efficient. They handled my belongings with the utmost care, ensuring that everything was packed securely and transported safely. Their expertise was evident as they navigated through narrow hallways and tricky staircases without causing any damage to my furniture or the property.
