I'm very pleased with the work No Days Off provided. I need new sod placed in my front and back yard. Mr Bailey kept me informed of the entire process. He also returned to make sure it was being watered properly and provided me with instructions to maintain my lawn. i would highly recommend this company.

Given the active storm circumstances, the responses to 'arrival checks' was there. That offered they weren't able to be exactly as soon as needed however the transparency with other parallel jobs occurred and compensated. He clearly was working around the clock

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our prices are based on square footage when dealing with outside work dealing with inside is it based on hourly, and we always offer discounts always try to make the client happy but we also want to be happy as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ll process a simple.
1. A lead will come in I will greet them with respect and knowledge of what we do regarding to what they’re asking for
2. I will Guide them to my website to book their appointments
3. I will have the quote ready for them in 24 hours depending on the capacity of work if the job is simple where There is only one discipline being performed.
If it’s more than three disciplines being perform I will need at least 48 hours to get estimate to Client to get the exact measurements for work performance.
4. I will send the quote to the client giving the client our max price and our first discounted price if the client agrees to it we will go ahead with the client does not agree to it will then begin negotiations.
After that will give the client a start date I will start and we will complete.
5. Then we will ask the client to give a review
