Introduction: I develop individual treatment plans for mental health patients. I conduct weekly individual, marriage, family and group therapy sessions with children, adolescents, and adults diagnosed with a variety of disorders including adjustment disorders, ADHD, oppositional defiant disorder, depression, bipolar disorder, dysthmic disorder, anxiety disorders, cognitive disorders and borderline personality disorder. I conduct visits and telephone contacts to evaluate appropriateness of program centers for referral sources. I conduct screening and evaluation for referral sources to initiate short-term or long-term service to facilitate appropriate treatment. I complete mental health assessments and identifies the juncture of medical treatment and therapy based on clinical diagnosis. I conduct community and home visits with clients to build rapport and establish required treatments. I provide 24/7 emergency crisis counseling for clients within the parameters of established policies and procedures.
