FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our notary fees are straightforward, competitive, and tailored to the specific services requested. Pricing is determined by factors such as the type of notarization, travel requirements for mobile appointments, and any after-hours, emergency or expedited service needs. Remote online notarizations are priced separately in accordance with applicable state regulations and platform requirements. To ensure complete transparency, all fees are discussed and confirmed before the appointment is scheduled, so you can move forward with confidence and no unexpected costs. Special pricing may be available for under certain circumstances that may include businesses requiring routine notary support, seniors, multiple document notarizations, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The goal is to make the notarization process as seamless as possible. It begins with a phone call, text message, email, or online inquiry to discuss the document(s) that need to be notarized. During this initial conversation, I confirm the type of notarization required, review ID requirements, and determine whether the appointment can be completed in person or through a secure online notarization platform. Once the details are confirmed, we schedule an appointment at a time that is convenient for the customer. For mobile notary services, I travel directly to the customer’s home, office, healthcare facility, or other agreed-upon location. For remote online notarizations, I provide step-by-step instructions and a secure link to ensure a smooth experience. During the appointment, I verify the signer’s identity and ensure all necessary parties are present for the notarization. I witness signatures when required and complete the notarization in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Throughout the process, I strive to provide accurate, professional, and reliable service while ensuring every customer feels informed and confident from the beginning of the process to the end of the process.
