Hello. My business is built on the people. I offer Notary Services and Notary Signing Agent services in the District of Columbia and Notary Services in Maryland. I am not commissioned in Virginia or any other states. I am mobile and can come to you for your convenience and I also have office space if you prefer to come to me. However my office space is in Lanham, MD. I have been a reliable Notary since 2000. I am a member of the National Notary Association since 2003. I am Bonded and Background cleared. I work with all non-profits, nursing homes, schools, colleges, hospitals, etc. My passion is people! I have been a resource to the community with great dedication and excellent customer service.

Mrs. Hilliard is my go to Notary. No matter what time I call, she is responsive and will get back to me even if she is tied up. If Mrs Hilliard cannot answer my call she will at least text me to let me know she got my call and will respond after her commitment. Every time I need a document completed I call her. She is always prompt and arrives before her scheduled time. Mrs Hilliard is professional, friendly and adapts to the location. I love that she is mobile and that works with my schedule. However on days Im running errands I can meet her at her office space which is a professional working environment. I would highly recommend Elle for your Notary Services. You will be happy you did!!!!

I have worked with Elle to do all my Notary Services. Elle is professional and she responds quickly to answer all my questions. When I had to complete a sworn statement she was there on time and had all the papers completed and I had them submitted prior to the deadline for submission. Don't trust your services with the rest when you can have the best!!!!

I used Elle for notary service. She is extremely professional. She arrived early to the appointment. She explained the process and she patiently answered all of my questions. Her pricing is fair considering that she is mobile. I really appreciated her consideration.
