One day the garbage disposal stopped working and in a new house you just have no idea if the thing gave up the ghost or flipped a switch! The guys came right on time after my rescheduling on them. They came prepared with a new unit but were honest and told me it was just a lemon rind! They even showed me how to fix it if it happens again. No plumber has ever done that before. Not a good business practice but certainly a welcome one! They didn’t charge me much, just a reasonable visit fee. I will be hiring them again to replace all the toilets in the house among other things I’m sure!

Arrived on time with agreed upon equipment in hand and all needed tools. Went right to work. COVID responsible. Stayed to ensure no leaks after installation. All this while I worked. Had to step away to let him in and see him out. Plus, he is very nice. Perfect experience.
