Hello I am Coach Gee owner of CoachGeeFitness. I am here to help anyone on any fitness level become the best version of themselves through diet and exercise coaching. I'm not here to put down the next person as a trainer. I can however guarantee that should you choose to work with me you will like the experience to Be Fit Wit Coach Gee.
I offer in person 1on 1/group training to those within 25-30 minutes or those willing to travel to my gym in Upper Marlboro, MD. Online training is available for those who live further or far away. I also offer mobile "Come-to-you" or "Meet-at- a-gym" service.
