At G.M.3Fitness, LLC, I offer flexible pricing to fit your needs whether you’re training in-person, online, or a mix of both. In-Person Training • 2x/week: $250/month • 3x/week: $300/month • Unlimited Monthly (1-Year Commitment): $500/month • Single Session: $55/hour Online Training Programs • Silver Package ($200/month): Includes a 4-week custom workout plan, bi-weekly check-ins, and progress tracking. • Gold Package ($300/month): Includes all of Silver + personalized support, accountability coaching, and nutrition guidance. Referral Program • Refer 1 friend = $50 OFF your next month • Refer 2 friends = 1 full month FREE There are no hidden fees, and every package includes full support and custom programming. I also offer discounted rates for long-term clients and occasionally run monthly specials so be sure to ask what’s currently available! I believe in fair pricing for real results and I’m here to help you succeed at your own pace.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At G.M.3Fitness, LLC, my process with new clients is all about building a strong foundation based on your individual goals, lifestyle, and fitness level. Here’s how it works: 1. Initial Consultation (Free) – We start with a quick phone or Zoom call to talk about your goals, schedule, fitness history, and any limitations. This helps me understand what you’re looking for and how I can help. 2. Assessment & Goal Setting – Once you decide to move forward, we go over a short fitness and lifestyle assessment. From there, we set clear, realistic goals that guide your program. 3. Customized Program Design – I build a tailored training plan (online or in-person) based on your needs whether it’s weight loss, muscle building, or overall fitness. It includes workouts, accountability check-ins, and progress tracking. 4. Ongoing Support & Adjustments – You’ll get consistent support, encouragement, and adjustments to your plan as you progress. I’m big on communication, so you’re never left on your own. 5. Results & Consistency We celebrate your wins, track progress regularly, and stay focused on long-term success not just short-term results. I meet you where you are and help you grow from there step by step.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a certified personal trainer with a focus on weight loss, muscle building, and strength development. In addition to formal certification, I’ve completed specialized training in areas like functional fitness, mobility, and nutrition coaching. Beyond education, I’ve gained real-world experience training a wide range of clients from beginners to athletes both in-person and online. I continue to study new techniques, stay up-to-date with science-backed methods, and apply what works to help my clients get real results safely and efficiently.
