- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is $50/hour for remote tech support and Excel training. Most issues are resolved in a single session. I also offer package rates for multiple sessions or ongoing support. Payment is easy via Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal. There are no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by listening to the client’s problem or goal, asking clarifying questions, and setting expectations for the session. Then I resolve the issue or provide training, explaining each step clearly. I finish by offering tips and follow-up resources so clients feel confident managing their technology independently
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a computer engineer employed as a Government Contractor for 7 years, I have formal training in computer systems and hardware. I also stay current with new technologies to provide effective solutions.
