- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard pricing for each service. Pricing depends on factors such as distance, hours, and the type of photography.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first step is to meet with my client. If the client is not available for a face to face meeting, then a phone call will do. I ask a few question so I can get an idea what the client is interesting in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by celebrity and photo journalist photographer, Kimberly Butler. I was an intern for almost 2 years. She taught me the ins and out of the business, customer service and how to work a camera. Loved every bit of it!
