- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are competitive in this area and we am happy to work with you in the Maryland, District of Columbia, and Virginia areas. I have no problem traveling further to the venue or desired location. I do take a 50% non-refundable retainer to book your wedding or session. The final amount is due 30 days before (weddings) or the day before your session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a Zoom call to gain a strong understanding of their vision for the project or event. This allows us to learn more about them and what they are looking for, and to ensure that we are the best fit for one another.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my training has been a combination of experience, and a series of classes, courses, and workshops over the years.
