Darren was an absolute life saver. With only about 12 hours notice after an unexpected change in photographers, he stepped in for my surprise engagement shoot in Annapolis and completely exceeded every expectation. His responsiveness was incredible, and the level of professionalism he brought on such short notice was remarkable. From the moment we connected, Darren made me feel completely comfortable and confident in both him and his work. He took the time to truly get to know my fiancée and me before the shoot, which made the entire experience feel natural and personal. He was extremely accommodating with both the location and the timing, especially given the circumstances. During the post-surprise portion of the shoot, Darren’s direction was exceptional. I’m not someone who typically enjoys being in front of a camera, yet he made me feel like a pro with his clear guidance, helpful tips, and easygoing demeanor. His ability to put us at ease and bring out our best moments was outstanding. Most importantly, my fiancée is absolutely in love with the photos. We genuinely could not have imagined a better outcome, and none of it would have been possible without Darren’s unbelievable talent, professionalism, and dedication. I could not recommend him more highly. Darren shot out photos for my fiance and my proposal. He was great, and hid for the initial proposal photo. Was accommodating to moving locations and taking photos in many different poses. He even helped us with inspiration poses and was amazing overall. 10/10 recommend, will definitely use him again sometime
