Our pricing is transparent and tailored to the services you need. We offer competitive property management packages with no hidden fees. Property owners can choose between our Gold and Platinum management plans based on their needs. Leasing fees, monthly management fees, and any optional services are clearly outlined before you sign an agreement. We also provide free property management consultations and rental market analyses for prospective clients. Discounts or promotional offers may be available periodically—please contact us for current specials and a customized quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to make the process simple and stress-free. We begin with a free consultation to discuss your property, goals, and answer any questions you may have. We then provide a rental market analysis and recommend the best management package for your needs. Once you decide to move forward, we complete our onboarding process, which includes signing the management agreement, collecting property information, and ensuring all required licenses and compliance items are in place. We then prepare the property for the market by coordinating any needed repairs, professional photos, and marketing. After a qualified tenant is placed, we handle rent collection, maintenance coordination, inspections, lease enforcement, financial reporting, and ongoing communication, allowing you to enjoy the benefits of owning rental property without the day-to-day management responsibilities. Throughout the process, you'll have 24/7 access to your owner portal for real-time updates, documents, and financial reports.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At PMI EXPerience, our team combines formal education with extensive hands-on experience in property management and real estate. Our leadership holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management and an MBA, providing a strong foundation in customer service, business operations, finance, and leadership. We are also licensed real estate professionals in Maryland and are part of the nationally recognized Property Management Inc. (PMI) franchise network.
