In recent months I've had to become responsible for all the needs of my loved one. Due to numerous reasons, we knew he would not be able to maintain the home he'd previously resided in.I was extremely apprehensive in finding someone to assist with selling the property because I've been wary of dishonest people who prey on others when we are at our most vulnerable.From the first time I spoke with Brian, this was definitely not the case. He also didn't deliver any false promises and did everything he said he would do.Above and beyond all of this, Brian ALWAYS answered the phone....ALWAYS! Before meeting Brian Marzo I worked with four other realtors. My home was historic in a non-historic area. And, while the location was accessible to all the hot locations in the Greater DC area, it was haunted with the reality of being near a busy road and along the border of Prince Georges and Montgomery Counties. Everyone except Brian said my home , that I loved with all of my heart would be a tough sell. One realtor refused to take the listing. Brian Marzo presented a bonafide market analysis, sales strategy and the promise that things would work out. As fate would have it, I failed Brian in every way (major illness meant I couldnt prepare my home as promised and its placement on the market was delayed four months).. Brian was unshaken, reassuring me to simply leave it be and he would handle my home sale. And that he did. He brought over 100 in-person viewers to the home within the initial 60 hours on market-in snowy, rainy conditions nonetheless. He positioned my home to sell and the result (in the dead of Winter) was five offers with several over asking price. Brian is rare. From his hands-on understanding of home building fundamentals, ethics, real estate and being professionally licensed in at least four states. His network helped me find disability friendly housing alternatives. Hes experienced in our areas older homes and the expansion of diverse home markets too. Brian was my game changer. I am eternally grateful that I finally did my homework and found you Mr. Marzo. As you promised repeatedly, when I felt little hope, new beginnings are here!

The first year of property management service for a single residential unit is 8% of the total rent received and 6% for two or more units. The commission to sale a property is 5% of the total sale price. All pricing and fees for all services are negotiable.

The first step is to establish a relationship of understanding. We designate a meeting place, typically the property address, virtual, or my office if local, and we discuss goals and the needs you want to achieve. From there we have meaningful conversations that produce directives and plans so that clients are able to achieve their goals.

I am currently a ranked top 10 producing agent at the largest brokerage in the Metro DC area out of 600 agents.
