Working with Ms. Smith in search of new home, she was a one stop shop, as my realtor, she has a great team to work with her, she has a loan offices that help me process my pre approved for loan an closing agent to assist at the ending of my process. Ms. Smith was with me every step of the way through my housing process and she always made herself available for any questions; even if I had ask her the same question thousand time, lol she had no problem answering with a smile; so all that been said anything needed to becoming a new home owner was all at my finger tips. It was truly such an amazing experience wiring with Ms. Smith. Also She took the time to listen to my needs of what I was excepting and what I wanted in my new home and also the location and city of Maryland I want to live in. She took the time and made sure my family and I needs was met, she was very patient and made my home process less stressful. And to top it off she also was home owner herself so she was able to give me a lot of knowledge moving forward as new home owner. Thank you Ms. Smith
