I had a great experience using this service. He immediately responded to me. I had selected another service who was a “no show” and when I reached out to Tay’s, he agreed to come that day and was on time. My bathroom sink was clogged and overflowing. He found the issue., resolved it quickly. He was polite and professional. Great experience with VERY reasonable prices. I would definitely use him again.

Tay was my savior. I had a leak under my kitchen sink that for one week went unresolved. I had already hired two plumbers to come out during the week to look, and neither of them fixed it even though I was charged a service fee and they claimed they fixed it. I finally reached out to Tay last night on Thumbtack, and he responded almost immediately. He showed up this morning, and on time. He figured out the issue promptly and FINALLY fixed it. I am so grateful and will be calling him again should I need further help!
