I contacted Tay on a Saturday evening and he responded immediately. He was able to come out the next day and assess the issue and fix the problem. He was on time, polite, knowledgeable and my running toilet has been fixed.

Tay arrived at the agreed upon time to fix a leak. He was able to identify the problem immediately (The toilet in the bathroom upstairs needed a new O ring). Once we got the O ring, he was able to fix the problem fairly quickly. He was also very good about cleaning up behind himself.
