If you require an in-person visit, I only provide local service within approximately 10–20 miles of ZIP code 20772 (MD). Outside of that area, all support is provided remotely.

What to Expect During a Remote Session
After scheduling, you will download a secure remote-support application that allows me to connect to your computer safely. Once connected, I can troubleshoot, configure, repair, and optimize your system in real time.
If needed, we will communicate by phone or video during the session. Occasionally, I may guide you through simple steps on your end, since I am not physically present at your location.
Most software-related issues can be handled this way quickly and effectively.
