- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based upon the duration of the event, number of expected guests, whether client is providing said bar ingredients or not, and whether a tip jar is allowed or not.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Potential clients fill out an inquiry form. I discuss with potential client their expectations based off information from the inquiry firm with intentions on building a rapport and trust. After details are discussed, I’ll send them the packages and rates that I offer with purchase suggestions per the details discussed . Should a client decide to proceed to booking me, I send a contract of terms and agreement and a deposit is required to confirm booking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 7 plus years of bartending experience. I have experience from fine dining restaurants for 4yrs, upscale lounges such as Blossom Lounge, and fast paced environments such as TGI Friday’s and various nightclubs and hookah lounges. I am also TIPS certified.
