The engineer was so nice and very knowledgeable. He was very patient with me, explained things very clearly and even drew a diagram for me. Would definitely recommend.
By mutual agreement, we reversed the initial decision to engage in a contract. Communication about the scope of work and deliverables was not clear. Evidently, more discussion needed to be done upfront. I hope to engage some other professional to consult on these structural and architectural issues. I may use Thumbtack again.
