Had a great experience. He fixed a broken door frame and hung a storm door, and removed some security bars from my windows. Everything looks great, was done professionally, and he was able to come by one day after I called him off Thumbtack. The price was also very reasonable. Will recommend to my friends, and obviously Thumbtack users!

Richard was amazing. He got the job done right. We had no fan in our bathroom and Richard made a hole in the ceiling, laced the fan, cleaned up WELL afterwards. You can always tell a professional by how they leave the property. He cleaned so well it was like he was never there! I also had another contractor (who i know very well) on site the same day for something else and he was impressed with how clean and tidy his van was. A true professional. So good in fact he will be replacing all my lights to LED and changing all switches to smart lights.

I wasn't able to be home when Richard came to assemble our trampoline, so we never got the meet. But he was very responsive on text and sent me photo updates as he progresses. He left the instructions neatly on the deck and cleared all trash. I would definitely recommend him.

My pricing system is mostly based off of job type and competitive market rates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer accepts my quote and I verify the service request with them. We will setup a convenient time to perform the job and start the invoicing process. If a deposit is required l will coordinate a collection method.
