Our services include, but is not limited to coordination with vendors, create and execute event timelines, décor set up and breakdown, verify final arrangements and vendor payments, and resolve all last minute or emergency situations. Our officiant services provide couples the best opportunity to showcase their love. We work with each couple to plan out each detail of their ceremony. We can provide a traditional or personalized approach, as well as perform various types unity ceremonies, readings, and remembrance moments. LGBTQ friendly.

We found Ashley just 2 weeks before our wedding - and she definitely rose to the occasion. As all the other reviews indicate, Ashley is not just a day-of coordinator. We spoke with Ashley at 2-3 crucial moments leading up to the actual day to go over details and do a venue walkthrough together – though we had been planning for months in advance, it never felt as though we needed to catch Ashley up on the details – once we shared all the plans with her, she asked the right questions we hadn't even thought of and reached out to our vendors proactively to make sure everything went smoothly – she never missed a beat. Ashley picked up our flowers on the day of the wedding and she was the cool, calm, consistent presence we needed throughout the course of the evening. That's the best part about working with Ashley – she is uplifting and upbeat – no matter how stressed you are, or how fried you feel from nonstop wedding planning, the moment you speak to Ashley feels like an oasis from all the chaos. Ashley Nicole is the real deal!! I hired Ashley as my month of coordinator after my original person fell through two months to the weddingday. Ashley jumped right in, meeting with me to get a sense of the wedding and handling all communication between vendors. She was on call with advice always coming up with solutions to every issue that arose!! She is sweet as pie, but very direct and a fierce advocate for her brides and groom - I am SOOO GRATEFUL i hired her, and I highly recommend her services. you won’t regret it!

Words can’t even describe how wonderful Ashley is. She was everything and more I was looking for in a day of wedding planner. I hired Ashley as a “day of” wedding coordinator but she helped me throughout the 5 hectic months before my wedding. Ashley was very responsive. I would send her text messages with pictures of what I wanted for decorations and she would immediately respond and she made it happen. Any question I had she had a response to. The day of, ashley was very professional, punctual and made everything run smoothly. My ceremony and reception were at different locations and she was able to decorate both places and make it look exactly how I had pictured it in my mind and BETTER!! Ashley coordinated with all my vendors and everyone worked as a team to make my wedding day wonderful. There is absolutely no way I could have done this without Ashley. I highly recommend Ashley if you are looking for someone to make your vision a reality and someone who will be there for you through the entire process. Ashley is wonderful!

    Our typical process for working with a new client begins with a consultations. The consultation can be in person, over the phone, or via zoom. We will discuss the details of your event, next steps, and I will answer any questions you may have.

    The have a event management degree and years of experience in the event industry. I am also a member of AWP DC (Association of Wedding Professionals DC Chapter).
