- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different, so I have to look at each job in order to give an accurate price. There is no corner cutting or hidden fees. Transparency and quality of work are what we pride ourselves on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an in home visit to get a feel for the project, and then move to doing an estimate, plans if applicable, and finally if awarded the job a schedule will be created to give the client a realistic expectation of when the project will be completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
12+ Years experience. I am licensed in the state of Maryland as a home improvement contractor.
