Tim responded immediately to my request for quote, despite having other companies in the running, Tim got the job because of his great customer service skills and prompt response. He mounted my TV exactly how I wanted it with out the headaches/nightmares of other contractors I've hired before. We asked him to quote us on 1 last job before he left, and before we knew it he completed it with a smile! Free of charge! They don't make em like good old Tim anymore. Tim was amazing right from the beginning. I received two similar quotes for removing junks in the house I am cleaning out, and the reason I decided to hire Tim was his honesty and his desire to offer great customer service.
Our deal was based on two truck loads, but he brought me a box truck and a second mover.
They were very thorough, and had no complaints while they had to fight with one of my very heavy and hard to take-apart metal bed frame. And they were extremely gracious towards my neighbors who were picking things out of my junk pile. And they did all that without hiking their fee at all.
Tim definitely impressed me as someone who cares about his professionalism and reputation in great customer service more than his profits.
For "honesty and trustworthy", Tim got my votes!
I would most certainly consider to hire Tim again for my future projects.

Tim was a delight to work with!
I needed someone to move heavy boxes and luggage to my new apartment as well as rearrange furniture, and while I was admittedly a little wary that he did not have any reviews on Thumbtack yet, I decided to give it a shot due to the unbeatable pricing and am so glad I hired Tim. He has done many jobs through another site and has a stellar rating there, and I can see why. He arrived on time, was friendly, patient, careful, and had no problem moving even the heaviest of boxes. It was clear that he cared first and foremost about making me happy and responding to my requests.
Ive been burned in the past with movers that are flaky/careless, so thank you Tim for making this move hassle and headache-free for me. I highly recommend working with him and would hire again if ever needed!

We can't say enough about Tim! He even loaned us his truck to move the furniture items, helped carry them upstairs, and put together the items nicely and quickly. We are so grateful to have found him. AND, you can't beat his price!
