- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to be as fair and competitive as possible. We do offer discounts for repeat customers and referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we'll meet with the client visually see the job. After discussing details, we begin to take the necessary steps to complete an estimate. After submitting the invoice and if it's accepted, we'll schedule when the work will be started and collect a deposit.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My customers run the gambit. There is a group, age, ethnicity, income/tax bracket that I haven't done work for.
