- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I receive a call from a customer seeking services, I will begin by greeting the customer courteously. I will then explain that I do not provide pricing information over the phone, as this approach may be neither fair to me nor to the customer. I will inquire if it is possible to schedule a convenient time and date for me to visit and assess the customer's needs. Following this assessment, I will communicate my pricing to the customer. Additionally, I will check my availability to ensure that I can accommodate the desired service schedule.
