Paul called, and showed up promptly with his assistant/apprentice son.He described what he believed the issue was. He then inspected and tested several components, before providing a detailed assessment. He was very professional explained every action he took!

I have had two issues with my HVAC. A year ago the condensation was staying inside the house and flooded. Then this time one of the coils on the outside unit was bad. Paul fixed each issue for me. He may take some time to arrive. That however, is not a major issue for me. His work has been quality for me.
