My family was renovating an older condo with an original hot water heater built into the kitchen cabinets. He responded immediately and accurately with what needed to happen to replace the unit. The difficulty level increased with a mislabeled breaker box. Mr. Wills solved every challenge then followed up the next day to ensure everything was in working order. My only regret was bothering to attempt to gather multiple bids for my job as it just added to my frustrations. Mr. Wills is a one and done hire in my humble opinion.
