Creative Carpets was highly professional. In addition to that the owner was timely in his arrival and in completing the work. I had some problems spots in high traffic areas that were improved tremendously after he did a standard shampoo. All in all I will book this company to come back and do a deep scrub of the entire apartment. I am a very happy and satisfied customer!
