Canine Dominion offers basic and advanced obedience training, personal security, drug and explosive detection, search and rescue and a variety of other canine services. After a 12 year military career, seven of those years having been spent in the canine field, founder and lead trainer, Jauvarie Lewis, has come to truly value the relationship between a dog and its owner, both as a loyal companion and a trusted partner. As a former military canine handler, trainer and kennel master, Jauvarie also understands the importance of proper training, and knows that without proper training failure is imminent. Jauvarie developed Canine Dominion based on his deep appreciation of a dog’s ability, intellect and skills when properly trained. With a willingness to dedicate time and energy to maximize an animal’s potential, Jauvarie has been able to rehabilitate and transform dogs into loving pets, competent protectors, and efficient workers. Jauvarie’s personal motto has appropriately become the slogan for Canine Dominion: “Proper training will never fail you.” ….now let’s get started. I enjoy making the customer see the accomplishments they can make with their dogs. To be able to read their dog and solve the problem on why their dog is acting a certain way.
