Edward was amazing!! I actually hired another company through thumbtack initially but was thoroughly impressed with EGH as Edward actually took the time to ask if he could call me and see if he could walk me thru the issue to see if he could resolve it. I should also say that this was at 10pm!!He was extremely professional and made many attempts to resolve why my lights had gone out and outlets weren’t working. Since it did not work, he actually offered to come to my home first thing the next morning. Just based upon him taking the time to attempt to walk me through over the phone when he didn’t have to was beyond impressive so I of course decided to hire his company instead. Upon arrival, Edward was extremely professional and fixed the problem quickly. He even pointed out a few other factors that were not even relevant to the situation. my husband and I were thoroughly impressed with him and would most definitely hire him in the future. I actually contacted him later that day to find out what other things that he does. I will most definitely refer him to others as well! Edward was truly a pleasure to work with and I look forward to hiring him again in the near future!!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts to repeat customers and customers who send me referrals. Call me directly to see if your project qualifies for a discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to discuss the project with the customer in order to know the issue, timeframe and budget constraints.
I can usually provide a quote over the phone based on information and pictures the customer provides, but some projects will require an in person quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 16 years if electrical installation and maintenance experience. I’ve also worked alongside many other trades when I worked as a construction electrician, working in commercial buildings, residential homes and as a bus mechanic trainee at WMATA for a few years. I used all the experience I’ve gained over the years as well as various contacts I gained over the years to give my clients the quality and value they deserve.
