The first class is free. I want you to see how it works before you commit to my sessions. The payment is due either biweekly or monthly- you choose what’s better for you. You pay in advance, and I will work around your schedule to make it easier for you:-)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start from assessment that helps me figure out student’s level and skills we need to work on the most. I also listen to my students’ needs. Some want to concetrate on pronunciation or conversation, while others need survival English or reading.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have bachelor’s degree in teaching ESL. I have master’s degree in Applied Linguistics. I have over 16 years experience as an ESL teacher.
