Loved everything about Regina Innovative Beauty, LLC... from the initial consultation to the products themselves! I definitely appreciated Regina taking the time to explain the products to me in laymen terms and even address how my habits and diet were impacting my skin/beauty regimen. I never felt forced to purchase anything and that's a plus for me. But more importantly, the products - - - they feel great on my skin and smell nice too. I can tell a difference and apparently my teenage daughters do to because they keep trying to take it from me :)

I can't say enough about Regina, and that's a LOT from me. I have what I considered to be "difficult" skin. Regina took her time to get to know my skin thoroughly and patiently answered TONS of questions to be sure she understood my needs and wants. She recommended products within my budget, sent samples, and tracked my progress via photos. She is responsive, patient, and knows her craft. Not once did I feel like a burden. She increased my education about how I eat and behave, and how this impacts my skin. And then she continues to check in, even after gaining my business! She recommended products for my husband, and also checks in on him. I truly wish I was close enough for a facial and ongoing treatment with her, because if she can do this virtually, I can only imagine what she does in person! I am REALLY picky about my skin, and as a black woman, I needed someone who understood that and took care of me. Regina continues to do this and more. I have honestly never felt like anything or anyone could help improve my skin, so Regina has done what has felt impossible for 30 years! I get tearful writing this because it's so deep and personal for me, and she cares about my health, journey, and confidence. THANK YOU, REGINA!!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, we'll talk about what it is you're looking to do and go from there. When you make your appointment, you'll receive a client intake form to complete prior. This will save time when you arrive and I can get a plan in place on the day of your appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Formal degree in Ayurveda Wellness, certifications and continued aesthetics trainings.
