Mr Hicks went above and beyond the call of duty when assembling my furniture and he was very professional and friendly.I was worried the job would be too complex but he went through painstaking detail to ensure that it was put together sturdily. When he left I had beautiful furniture that I felt very confidently about and was very pleased with.

Christopher did a great job cleaning my sectional sofas. He was very thorough in cleaning each cushion and restitching where necessary. I plan to have Christopher and Furniture Deluxe back out for my next project.

When I thought I needed a tech to disassemble my couch to get it into my second-floor unit, Chris told me to send him a photograph of the couch in question. He then informed me that it was an easy job, told me what tools I needed, and provided easy-to-follow directions on how to do the work myself -- and even offered to walk me through it by phone if need be. His advice saved me a lot of money. His integrity goes a long way in my book.
