- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
American Home Remodeling, Inc. offers financing and special promotions on any full roof replacement or install.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When AHR receives the initial call or lead, you will hear back from one of reps the very same day. Questions will be asked regarding your home such as age, the full scope of the project, etc. which will take approximately 15 minutes. Once the intake is completed, we will set an appointment to go to the home and to discuss further what the project entails, take photos and discuss your wants or needs as well as budgets.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are GAF certified roof specialists who can offer warranties that most cannot.
