- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
-Customers that opt for recurring services receive discounts! - If customer is outside of our service area there is a $50 travel fee. -Jobs that require more time than what’s allotted will be charged $30 hourly after said time. (E.g. standard 2bd/2ba is allotted 4hrs; if the job requires more time, the customer will be notified and can opt to continue the clean at the hourly rate or close out the service.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, we conduct a same day consultation; consisting of a walk through of the space(s) that will be cleaned, posing questions about organization preferences, and inquiring about any allergies or sensitivities to certain products as we are a child and pet friendly company.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years experience, working in residential and commercial areas; including but not limited to apartments, townhomes, houses, multi dwellings, offices, restaurants and retail space. I’ve also rendered services to help clean up food drives, fundraiser events and parties.
