- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide a custom quote for each job. We want to understand your vision for the project and we need to physically see the job to provide the most accurate price and gage the scope of work. Wall heights, surface repairs, surface textures, paint quality, etc. all play a role in the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Call the customer after receiving their estimate request. 2. Find a day & time when we can meet at the property being painted. 3. Listen to the customer's needs and expectations for the project. 4. Enter the project details into our computer to create the proposal for the project. 5. Review the proposal with the customer to ensure all details were captured. 6. Embrace questions from the customer. 7. Leave the proposal with the customer. 8. Follow up with the customer to answer questions and schedule project if ready!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each CertaPro painter is highly trained and skilled-we make sure the work is done professionally every time! Our painters have many years of experience with custom painting.
