FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices for services vary based on the needs of our clients. If you have a special request and deadlines to meet, prices may be higher. The estimated price provided does not include travel fees, mileage or printing cost, if printing is needed. We work with every budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with new customers is to build a bond with them. We get to know who you are, what your likes/dislikes are, and what expectations do they have for our services. Clients that request remote online notarization must have: (for each person signing) a smartphone/tablet or pc (with camera and microphone), an individual email address, drivers license (must take a photo so physically in hand), a social security number (for identification purposes not provided to the notary), and the paperwork completed to the point of signing. For your convenience, we are happy to video chat instead of meeting in-person. You will be sent a video chat link for your scheduled appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified as loan signing agents through Notary Training Network. Our training is through the National Notary Association for which there is continuing membership. I am certified as a permit expeditor and a mortgage field service inspector.
