Introduction: Greetings, I am a NASM-certified personal trainer, and I apply exercise strategies to healthy individuals and those with medically controlled diseases to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I dedicate myself to each workout to tailor it to the needs of my clients with the necessary motivation to achieve optimal health. As a new mother, I struggled with my weight and overcame personal obstacles, which helped me realize the importance of exercise and healthy eating. I am passionate about obesity, unhealthy lifestyle habits, nutrition, and motivating parents to live a healthy, happy lifestyle. Fitness has also helped me during my battle with anxiety and OCD. Listed below are the programs I offer outside of one on one service. However, my coaching services are on a 12-month basis. I work closely with my clients. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone call to see if my services will fit your needs! I work closely with my clients and I’m passionate about what I do so I always try to make sure we are on the same page and I have what you need. Following the phone call if we are a good fit. I will email all necessary documents for your review, signature, and completions. From there we will book our days and I will prepare you for your first assessment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a NASM-certified personal trainer. I also have a Master Personal Training cert/ strength and conditioning/ Life Wellness and Holistic certifications from AAAI/ISMA I'm CPR/AED certified
