Our project was derailed by failed inspection. They were able to come in at short notice and helped me fix the electrical issues that passed the inspection without any concerns. Bill also took some time to explain to me what were issues and how to fix those. Definitely highly recommend them
Bill and Shawna came out to give me a quote on what I hoped to be a small job that turned into a much bigger wiring issue. They scheduled the job just a couple days later and worked in my crawlspace and attic to get power back in my kitchen. When they weren't able to finish the job in one day, they came back another day to finish the job (and didn't even charge for it, since it was part of the initial estimate).Doubt many other contractors out there would do the same.
They were able to get power to a couple kitchen outlets, my microwave and gas range the first day, because they knew how frustrated we were not having any kitchen appliances working for a week.
Bill and Shawna were even kind enough to bring us a piece of drywall to fix the large hole under the panel that they had to make for the wiring job.
The third day I also had them fix a three way switch in my dining room. Bill finished the job in under an hour and helped figure out whether we had power to an outdoor light.
Great people and awesome team, all around. I would highly recommend them for any electric work and will be calling them myself in the future.

Bill and his wife came out the same day and it was later in the day. We really appreciated the timeliness in their response and arrival. They were able to assess the situation and diagnose the issue pretty quickly. They were in and out within 30 minutes. I highly recommend hiring Quality Electrical!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fair and will match a valid written estimate for the same job and materials.
We bill in 15 minute increments. That means if we work 1 hour and 10 minutes, you will be billed for 1 hour and 15 minutes--not the typical company rate of 2 hours. Trying to be fair and provide value for our customers' hard earned money!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we identify the customers' needs / desires.
Second, we make a plan based on the customers' needs to begin the work:
Get started right away or
Provide an estimate or a written contract / permit, etc?
Create a schedule to do the work.
Once job is complete:
Walk the customer through the project
Answer any questions the customer has
Accept payment and request a review of the service provided
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started in the electrical trade in 1997. I went through a five year Apprenticeship and have worked in new construction of schools, government buildings, office buildings, and many commercial environments. I have also done electrical work at NIH & NIST laboratories, clean rooms, and office remodels. I have had extensive training to maintain my licensing and skills. Some courses include but are not limited to: NEC code classes, Arc Flash training, troubleshooting, OSHA 10 & 30 certifications, etc.
