- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fair and will match a valid written estimate for the same job and materials. We bill in 15 minute increments. That means if we work 1 hour and 10 minutes, you will be billed for 1 hour and 15 minutes--not the typical company rate of 2 hours. Trying to be fair and provide value for our customers' hard earned money!

Second, we make a plan based on the customers' needs to begin the work: Get started right away or Provide an estimate or a written contract / permit, etc? Create a schedule to do the work. Once job is complete: Walk the customer through the project Answer any questions the customer has Accept payment and request a review of the service provided
