Showed up and did the job for a reasonable rate. Had to come back again the next day because he ran out of refrigerant and the job took very long, which apparently isn't uncommon with my type of condenser. However, very dedicated and very concerned with how things were running.

This man had no clue what he was doing! First he said my capacitor was bad and replaced it, then he said I didn't have anyo freon in my system (although he couldn't identify a leak and my system was not frozen). When I told him I didn't think that was right, he said my freon was contaminated and he would need to recover all of it by removing what was in there and replacing it. He said it would take 2-3 hours. When asked about cost he said freon was expensive-about $600!for 25 pounds but mine only needed 4 pounds. So it would be the cost of the freon, plus his hourly wage, plus his travel, plus the capacitor. I spoke with a friend who is in the hvac business in another state before agreeing to the work and she said it was possible for the freon to be contaminated because that only happens when a unit is installed or the motor goes out. I told him o wasn't doing the recovery and to add 1 pound of freon and we would be done. My dad was with me and each time he walked away this man tried to talk me into this recovery process. When he handed me the bill, it was $149. He charged me for 2 hours of labor; however, he arrived at 6:35 pm and walked into my house with the bill at 7:55 pm. When I questioned that he said "baby, that's not how this works". Needless to say I handed him a check and asked him to leave my home immediately as I was not his "baby" nor would I be spoken to like that in my home! Then when my dad appeared he was like "give me a call if you need anything". Today, I have to have another hvac company come out to see what the issue is and pay someone else! Don't use this company!

hi ! jenny with all respectful . let me say your approach about our person quality and qualification is wrong . after read your reviews: 1 - how are your know this man had no clue what is was doing ? the man was on site and found your ac was completely off . after troubleshooting : - bad capacitor :replace with new capacitor and your system start run . also he say your system was shot on gas and requested your system to be recovery ,flashing and leak check. after your talk with your friend from where we don t know . your ask for what ? service tech answers because your system never receive any maintenance for almost 5 years possible micro leak or any type of contamination . after communication with your friend from where we don t know . your ask service tech to add freon in your system. and your ac was running . 2- payment and agreement was with your accord but jenny was no want pay for 2 hour service. service tech say we charge for hour after 15 minute . follow up jenny say service tech cheat on her service tech answers. how your can say i cheat on your baby. jenny please with respectful be responsible and stop destroy our reputation . we never receive any call back because your system was no working . and your payment was with check with insufficient fund in account. jenny we give a lot respect to our customer that is what we call customer baby , gold , diamond . we understand some customer have finance issue just call for support we will see how we can help your . thank your for your attention.
