- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the scope of the project, the materials needed, and the time required to do the job correctly. I focus on quality work, so I do not cut corners or use cheap materials. I am happy to provide free estimates so customers understand the cost before any work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a conversation about the project and the customer’s goals. I then visit the property to review the space and provide a free estimate. Once we agree on the details, we schedule the work. During the project, I take care of the home and focus on clean, detailed results. I make sure the job is done right before I consider it complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of hands-on experience in painting. My training comes from years of real job sites, learning proper preparation, application, and finishing techniques. This experience has helped me understand what materials and methods create long-lasting results.
