After spending many years managing operations for staffing industry giants such as Manpower and Randstad staffing, I started Hire Power, LLC in 2007 with the goal of helping job seekers understand effective strategies for landing new job opportunities and helping hiring managers develop practices for recruiting quality talent. Located in Frederick, MD (Washington, DC metro area), Hire Power, LLC offers industry leading, innovative workforce solutions to job seekers and hiring managers across the United States. Since 2007 we have provided job search assistance for approximately 200 job seekers annually, and we have helped develop effective recruiting strategies for more hiring managers with more than 500 corporate clients. We have a team of Certified Professional Resume Writers with nearly 50 years of industry experience, and our broad suite of services includes customized resume writing and interview skills preparation assistance, LinkedIn profile optimization, and group virtual and in-person seminars for job seekers with broad backgrounds. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer Thumbtack customers a discount from our standard pricing and we offer additional discounts when purchasing multiple services. ex: resume writing and LinkedIn profile optimization.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We differ from many of our competitors by working in a consultative manner with our clients. Our process includes a comprehensive telephone consultation that will help us identify your unique strengths and provide an opportunity to discuss strategies for exceeding the requirements of the resume scanning software many employers use today. We back our service with a guarantee of success, or we will re-write the resume at no additional cost.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree in Business Management and more than 20 years of experience in the workforce solutions industry. We have a team of Certified Professional Resume Writers in nearly 50 years of combine experience.
